It was interesting to learn about how notaries cannot attest to being a witness unless their presence is documented and they should get a journal of everything that they sign. I can understand how a business would be able to be more efficient and be more effective when their filing is a lot nicer. It could be really useful for a business to makes sure that they get a professional to help them and they can assist with real estate loan documents.
